Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you send a request or use the Design Studio we collect what you give us: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, your design preferences and budget, any photos you upload, and the designs we generate for you. We also record your IP address in hashed form to prevent abuse.

Why we use it

To create and refine your designs, reply to your requests, prepare quotes and orders, and contact you about them by email or WhatsApp. If you opt in, we may also send you occasional news and offers — you can opt out at any time.

Photos you upload and the details of your design are sent to our image-generation provider (via OpenRouter) only to produce your designs.

Unless you untick sharing, designs from your Design Studio session — such as the one you choose from your refined tray — may be shown anonymously to other customers, who can like them. Only design images are shared — never your name, contact details, notes or photos.

How long we keep it

Design Studio sessions and uploaded photos are deleted after 12 months unless they become part of an order. Order records are kept as required for accounting and warranty.

Your rights

Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance you can ask to access or correct your personal data, or ask us to stop using it for direct marketing. Contact us and we'll respond within 40 days.
